For once, unity in Congress

Finally the House and Senate have cometogether to override a Bush veto.  The bill overrides a veto on Water Projects in the Gulf Coast in need of reparations in the wake of Hurrican Katrina.  Bush called it too costly and was worried that the bill would overtax.
